The Office of Budget Management (OBM) is a strategic partner in advancing the Institute’s mission through providing timely, accurate and useful budgetary and fiscal information to decision-makers with the use of an electronic financial management information system and thereby operating within budgetary parameters and ensuring maintenance of a sound financial status.
With the BMO’s desire to improve its services to the Institute, it upgraded the communication lines to all Cost Centers thereby increasing its accessibility.
The BMO also conducted a number of budget consultations with the cost centers through a series of workshop seminars.
