Dancesport was once part of the cultural events of Palakasan. This year, OSD intends to revive the event as a demonstration sport. The workshop was a huge success with many participants expressing thrill and excitement about its return to the university’s most anticipated event, Palakasan.

Assistant Professor Leo N. Santillana, the director of OSD, stated that “Dancesport has always been an exciting part of our campus activities, and bringing it back as a demonstration sport in Palakasan is a great way to promote both physical fitness and creativity among our students.”

Santillana also expressed that his office will soon conduct a Standard Dancesport workshop to further the knowledge and skills of the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳-IIT community toward dancesport.
