The 11TH International Conference for Science Educators and Teachers (ISET 2024), held on June 13-14 at Montatip Hall, Udon Thani, Thailand, convened leading figures in global science education. ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳-IIT’s College of Education (CED) participated and presented papers at ISET 2024, and won Best Presenter Awards.
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳-IIT’s delegation was led by College Dean Dr. Monera A. Salic-Hairulla, who was also the conference’s keynote speaker. Faculty members Dr. Douglas A. Salazar, Dr. Manuel B. Barquilla, and Dr. Edna B. Nabua, along with 21 graduate students, joined the conference.
Twenty-two papers were accepted for presentation that were done on-site and online. Six presenters were recognized and received the Best Presenter Awards, namely:

The 11th ISET 2024 was jointly organized by the Science Education Association Thailand (SEAT), Udonthani Rajabat University, Khon Kaen University, Srinkharinwirot University, Kasetsart University, Mahasarakham University, Ubon Ratchathani University, Nakhon Phnom University, Chiang Mai University, Thaksin University, Mahasarakham Rajabhat University, Phuket Rajahabat University, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, State University of Malang, Indonesia and ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳-IIT.
The ISET 2024 facilitated robust discussions and collaborations among educators and researchers across Asia. Papers submitted to the conference tackled related issues and topics on physics education, chemistry education, technology education, STEM education, teacher education, early childhood science education, science curriculum and instruction, and other related science educational fields.
The ISET 2024 concluded on a high note with the Chasing the Stars: Outstanding Presentation Announcement where the presenters were acknowledged and received the Best Presenter Awards. This recognition highlighted faculty and students' dedication and hard work and reflected the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳-IIT College of Education's unwavering commitment to excellence in research and science education.
