MEMORANDOM ORDER
No. 2008-148-OC

SUBJECT: Proclamation of July 14, 2008 as a Non-Working Day at 杏吧论坛-IIT

Pursuant to RA No. 5363 creating the 杏吧论坛-IIT as a chartered autonomous campus and in line with our 40th (Ruby) Charter Anniversary celebration, and considering further that the celebration falls on Saturday and the said  Sarturday is essentially a working day for all officials and employees, July 14, 2008, a Monday, is hereby proclaimed a non-working day for all Institute officials, faculty, administrative staff, and students.

As such, all Institute officicials, employees, and students are enjoined to be present during the Charter Day Celebration on July 12, 2008. Attendance check shall be the responsibility of all cost center heads and when applicable must be evidenced by the Time Attendance System (TAS).

This Order takes effect immediately unless revoked by competent authority.
